For therapists & counsellors

Your practice, online, looking the part.

Your online home, booking link, professional email, consent forms, and a presence that builds trust — everything a private therapist or counsellor needs on the internet, handled by one person who gets it.

Client story

How Morven's practice runs quietly, every day.

Mark took care of everything — the online side, the bookings, the emails. I just had to show up and do my work. That's exactly what I needed.

— Morven Taylor, Tailored Hypnotherapy

Morven is a working hypnotherapist in Scotland. Before we worked together, she was juggling separate tools for different pieces of her practice — none of them quite right, none of them talking to each other. Now her clients find her, book her, sign consent forms, and receive confirmations and reminders — without her thinking about any of it.

Built for the wellbeing sector

What I do that a generic online home builder doesn't.

Professional-body-aware content

Posts and page copy written with BACP, UKCP, BABCP and NCS standards in mind — no unsolicited testimonials for regulated activity, no clinical claims, no "cures". Every published piece goes through a paid human reviewer.

Consent forms, ready to sign

Digital templates for client contracts, therapy agreements, data-protection consent and cancellation policies. Signed once, stored properly, retrievable when you need them.

A page that reads like you

Warm, human, professional. Not clinical, not generic. Clients arriving from directories, referrals or search should feel settled before they've even read your bio.

Private booking

Clients choose a time that suits them without phone tag. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically. Your diary stays in sync.

Directory-ready

Set up to work alongside Psychology Today, Counselling Directory and similar profiles — consistent photo, consistent bio, consistent booking flow across the lot.

Kind to anxious visitors

Privacy-friendly measurement — no intrusive cookie banners, no surveillance scripts, nothing designed to make a new client already feeling anxious about reaching out hesitate.

Pricing

Same tiers, same honest prices.

Therapy clients are on the same tiers as everyone else — no "wellbeing markup". The difference is that this vertical is where I've built the most, so the starting template is polished and the content process already understands the sector.

FAQ for wellbeing professionals

Questions I hear a lot.

Have you built for therapists before?

Yes. Morven Taylor (Tailored Hypnotherapy) was the first client — her online home, booking, email and content all run through Mark's Workshop. The wellbeing template is the most polished starting point I have.

Are you across BACP, UKCP, BABCP and NCS requirements?

I know enough to build to their standards: no clinical claims, no testimonials for regulated activity, appropriate data-protection consent, clear cancellation and complaints policies, accessible content. For published writing, a paid reviewer with the right background signs off every piece before it goes live. I'm not claiming professional-body endorsement — I'm saying your online presence won't get you in trouble with yours.

Can I keep my existing domain or email?

Yes. I can migrate to your existing domain, or register a fresh one for you. Same for email — if you're already on a professional provider, I become your admin. If you're starting fresh, I set you up properly from day one.

What happens to client enquiry data?

Enquiry messages go straight to your inbox. I don't store client names, contact details or messages in a database that sits between you and them — they flow from the form to your email, and that's it. Data minimisation by design.

I'm outside the UK — does this still work?

Yes. I have clients in Australia, the US and Europe. UK data-protection rules are the strictest baseline, so I default to them and flag anything jurisdiction-specific that needs adjusting. Time zones haven't been a problem so far.

Do I need to be technical to edit my own content?

On Launchpad you edit through an admin area that behaves more like a document than a coding tool. On Grow and Partner I handle content for you. No technical knowledge required either way.
